I'm sorry for the silly title - but it's honestly how I think of this.

This is my daughter If you're familiar with my gallery on deviantart you can clearly see which photo I used as a ref! Though I did not trace, just used guides and eyeballed it. Ref on left monitor, canvas on right monitor, etc, etc.

This was the first time I ever tried jewelry - and it's probably pretty obvious, and I found it exceedingly difficult! But every thing I put my hand to is a learning experience, and hopefully I soaked in something with this


I had /no/ idea what to do with the background -- so if any of you viewers have any idea, I'd LOVE to hear it, as I am not sick of working on this, just blocked. I really don't know what to do with it
